"Impecable stay at this facility. I encountered the nicest staff of all my stays throughout Japan, everyone cheerful, patient, and eager. Room was spotless and the beds are extremely comfortable. The black silica salt bath was an amazing experience. The included dinner was phenomenal and felt like an omakase experience. The breakfast left a little to be desired, however the hotel is on an amazing strip for small shops and food. My only regret is not staying another night, we will certainly be...

"The hot springs were perfect for an end of trip wind down and the staff was very friendly. They let us check out a bit late which was helpful since our flight was later. There is a 7-11 on site which was very convenient. The hotel rooms could use a bit of an update but worked well for the short time we were there. We took the shuttle and you need to look at the times because they don't run as often as some other hotels but I'm also assuming this hotel is a bit further from the airport. We had...
