"The most amazing hotel I've had so far in Japan. Luxury tradition. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night, would've loved to stay longer. Brought my 3 kids and husband, + my parents. Super authentic experience, very clean, great amenities (everything smelled so good). Great to be on the street across shops. The hotel welcomed us with tea and cookies as we waited for our room. "The only reason that I am giving this 3 instead of 5 stars, is because I booked a non-smoking room and writhing the first second of opening the door to my room, I was hit with the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I was so tired and didn’t bother going back down to request a different room, but the smell was incredibly strong and disruptive of the enjoyment of the stay. "This is a great place to stay if you want a hotel close to Narita. Free shuttle bus runs frequently between hotel and all Narita terminals. Staff were friendly, quick and efficient. There are several shops at the hotel as well as a restaurant and vending machines. Our room was very comfortable for a one night stop over."

"Shuttle bus from bus stop 16 /terminal 1 Staff polite and efficient. Hotel has many rooms and we arrived on a coach with 50 other people and there were several other coaches in a large car park . Given the amount of people that have breakfast the buffet managed to cope. Ok for an overnight but there’s nothing in the immediate area to do. For the price it’s good value for money."
