"This hotel was filthy. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking my shoes off. Sloppy craftsmanship on a cheap renovation. The alarm clock did not work. The phone was unplugged from the wall when I entered the room. The water pressure and temp in the shower was really good but the whole thing leaked and the plug drain was disgusting and disconnected. I expected that the price was the tiny room and no amenities. The room size didn’t bother me a bit. I only needed to sleep don’t need anything large....

"Me and my wife booked this hotel for one night just to get out of the house and relax and swim. We got to the hotel and the pool was dirty with hair floating in the pool. I fished all of it out with the net they had at the pool and there was a slimy film on top of the whole pool. Nothing was clean in the pool area. We couldn’t even swim if I could put photos on here I would do not recommend this hotel."

No one at the hotel would help we left a night early and when we tried to get help with the cost refund no one will respond and the hotel says they can’t help because Expedia is a “third party app” so there’s no one to assist with issues. The chat feature does nothing. Will NEVER use this app again "

"Breakdast food was good but couldn't get a fork to eat it with. Room was clean but TV was left set to Spanish with a very poor remote to try to identify how to change it to English. Four of the direct TV stations were blocked. When I tried to call the front desk for help, the phone was not working. "
