"The GM showed no empathy nor sympathy to our situation. We reserved a room through Expedia, bc the prices were the lowest, just to hold on to it until we found something better. Expedia asked for my card info to reserve room only, clearly stating my card would not be charged, the information would be use to reserve the room. Didn’t think I had to read a cancellation policy. Another misleading factor that made me ok with using my card info, I had the choice to pay at property. Pay at property...

"I absolutely love the location!!......However, upgrades are definitely in order......We made the best of the experience, it was my husband's birthday and I didn't want the condo not being clean ruin it for him.....The staff on the property were pleasant and super professional. Mrs. Elaine, our maintenance professional, was absolutely amazing as well!!! She was a highlight 😊......Everything would have been perfect had our condo been clean!!!!!!!!"

"Not handicapped accessible AT ALL my wheelchair would not even fit through the front door of the room on top of it. There was a ledge to get over and then, once we got in the room, the wheelchair couldn't even fit in the bathroom.So I had to abandon the wheelchair and make my way into the bathroom...... I just wouldnt recommend this place The staff was nice though, but the place had cockroaches"

"Terrible management. Entire property is under construction. No fitness center or hot tub available. Elevator was constantly under repair with no stairs accessible. Nobody was tending bar anytime we went. Our fridge didn’t work and RUINED close to $200 worth of fresh food we got to last the week. They sent a repairman up and it still didn’t work. Our water then went out while I was in the shower, I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work either. Went to the front desk and got met...

"This hotel will meet your needs for your stay. It is in the perfect location on the beach and the access could not be easier to walk right out on the sand. It is definitely a dated building and could use some updating, however the room was clean, atmosphere was quiet, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and went out of their way to help. The multiple pools were also well maintained. If you would prefer a more resort style stay or upgraded amenities, this may not be the place for...

"This is the worst property we have stayed ever. It was filthy. We checked in at around 6.30 but when we entered into the room, it was not cleaned at all (although check time was 3.00). After our complaint, front desk person told that they don't have any other room available in the same category (which was sea facing and with kitchen). Given the situation of the room, we agreed to shift to another category of room, which was ok. All the corridors were filled with waste, people were smoking...
