Relax with Our Beautiful 2 Bed/ 2 Bath Condo - 1.6 miles to beach.

THE SPACE

You can see two fairway from this one - from the private balcony, family room, and master bedroom! In pristine condition!

Sleep's 4, Newly updated, with brand new furniture and mattresses.
Located in the heart of myrtle beach.

MyrtleWood Villas Subdivision, in the center of everything!
It is positioned in the golf course section of Myrtlewood golf course, a 36 hole championship layout, and a short distance away to cover 100+ other great courses.

The whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Just few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, Pirates Voyage, Grand Strand Mall, Tanger Outlets and restaurants are just a few of the unlimited variety of fun venues for you and yours to enjoy.

Master bedroom: king size bed, 2 nightstands, TV, and ceiling fan with private bathroom.

Second bedroom: king size bed, 2 nightstands, TV, and ceiling fan with bathroom access from the bedroom and from the living room.

The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities you expect, including full stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, if you need it, it's there!

Dryer and Washer available for Use.

This Apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an elevator.

Dining area has a real full dining room table with seating for 6.

Living area has a full reclining couch, love seat, and reclining chair, flat screen TV.

A slider to a patio. For those relaxing evening.

Soaps and toiletries are provided, guests may bring their own if extra needed. Linens and Towels provided for showering only, not for pool.

Damage fee will be activated for stained or damaged towels, same goes for linens! If you need to wash them please do so, and please remember we are not a hotel, this is our vacation home, we love it, and trying to keep it clean to feel homey.

Enjoy the Pool and Barbecue grill. Please keep and be sure to return the keytag (used for pool access ) at the end of visit! (There is a $100 charge for lost/broken Keytag(HOA rule))

Free parking, non-smoking, free WiFi. Please NO hanging towels on balcony! The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

Motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises!

*PET OWNERS: one-time fee of $75 per pet is required.

*Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you and contact me for details.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

Please, be advised we have video doorbell installed for security purposes which provides viewings of only public spaces such as front door surroundings of the 2nd floor hallway of the building.

I wish I could give this property 6 stars! My family makes frequent short visits to the Myrtle Beach area, and this rental was hands-down the best we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was clean and extremely comfortable (beds, pillows, couches), and there were so many thoughtful little touches: fully stocked bathrooms, an array of coffee supplies, ample kitchenware, labeled light switches…I could go on. We always bring all the food, toiletries, and paper goods we need, but having backups is so nice. The elevator was a lovely amenity, too.

We loved staying in this wonderful condo! Our host was quick to respond to anything we asked. She provided us with great service! This unit had everything we needed! From the elevator which really helped my husband's knees to the super comfortable beds to the huge island and top notch appliances - gosh, we just could not have found a better vacation rental! We loved the fireplace and the walk-in shower and the dining set that accommodated our needs. The views over the golf course and waterways soothed our stresses away! Beach access was just a quick ride away. Plenty of great restaurants, too. Highly recommend!! We will be back!!

Overall, we had a very lovely stay. I am tempted to give 5 stars for all the positive things but the property needs updating and there were questionable neighbors. Pros: homey space, comfortable beds, central location, 2 full bathrooms, stocked with extras, Maria was very accommodating and good at troubleshooting, the golf course is beautiful, waterfowl visited us daily in the creek outside the balcony, tons of swimming pools. Cons: the property is very out of date, decorating is in 1990s style, there is musty smell that reminds me of my grandparents house when I was a child (I believe this is from the old carpet throughout the unit), the fan in the bathroom screeches and is not functional, the stackable washer and dryer is so loud we could only use it when we left and hoped that the neighbors wouldn’t be upset, refrigerator makes very interesting noises, neighbors were having a domestic dispute, a lady in the parking lot tried to sell me drugs

This place is beautiful! Such a clean, nice, comfortable condo that makes your stay even better! Condo has everything you need and it’s in a nice quiet building right by the pool and golf course. It’s in a great location with most attractions and restaurants a 5-10 minute drive. The host is quick to reply with any questions or concerns! Would recommend to anyone and if we come back this will be the place we stay!

Close to everything!

We loved our stay here! Literally everywhere we wanted to visit was less than 40 minutes from here! Our favorite beach was the Huntington Beach State Park and the castle. We loved the condo, very spacious and cozy. My kiddos wanted to stay for "forever". Only issue was we didn't know that you needed to have the silicone bracelets on to enjoy the pool, and the security guard had my husband and boys leave the pool because we didn't have them on. But he was doing his job, and we understood. So you may need to update the post to say that bracelets are necessary for using the pool. We placed the bracelets with the keychain access things.

Spectacular Location!!!

This was a wonderful area and place to stay, we were literally minutes from the beach and boardwalk, basically everything! The home was very homey, comfortable beds, and equipped. This family vacation was definitely one for the books and the hosts and home made it even better. Thank you again!! The bonus, this was our 1st vacation traveling with a pet. Thank you also for being puppy friendly!!!

A beautiful and relaxing home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home welcomes you with a beautiful view of the golf course and a view of one of the many pools on the property too. The owner has taken extra measures to make sure the home is clean and well kept. She has also made sure that you have all of the necessities too! The only bad thing about this trip was that we had to leave. I would highly recommend this rental! Hopefully we will be able to return to Myrtle Beach soon and would love to stay here again. The location is great, as it is in the middle of everything that you would want to do in Myrtle Beach. Close to the beach and shopping and dining. The neighborhood is quiet and so relaxing and lots of wildlife to be seen too. If you are staying in Myrtle Beach, this one is a definite!

Home away from Home!

My husband and I like to stay at Myrtlewood when visiting our son at Coastal Carolina. It’s a great area, very quiet and we love the view of the golf course. We decided this time to take the dogs. Thank you for opening your home so they could travel with us! Your home was perfect for our stay.

Fantastic Sanctuary

2nd Stay at Property Went to Myrtle Beach with large golf group. Stayed on property with one other friend. We primarily used for sleep and morning coffee on the outside deck. Very Nice. Hope to stay there again.

Pleasant, sunny apartment with all amenities, balcony, enough space for everybody. The host was very hospitable and responsive. Small necessities, not usually available at other places, were great - we even found band aids when we needed them!

Great hospitality, comfortable, very convenient

Very comfortable with many thoughtful touches. A wonderful porch overlooking a wooded part of a golf course; we enjoyed watching the golfers play through. Very convenient to access nearby golf courses. My spouse and teen played three days in a row!

Very nice stay

Nice clean condo on the golf course. Short drive to all attractions and beach. The condo had everything you could need or want and was very comfortable. Would stay again if the opportunity comes around. Thank you Inara & Serge for being such great hosts.

Beautiful. Clean. Well appointed.

We were delighted to stay here. It was super comfortable from the beds and pillows to the condo lay out. Nice quality bathroom products and soft towels. Great view of the course. Easy to get to, close to many courses, 10-15 min drive to stores and good restaurants. Safe location. Plenty of parking. The host thought of everything needed to make your trip easy. We would definitely choose this home again.

New Years getaway

After reading all the reviews, I have to agree that this condo was the nicest and cleanest property that we have used as a vacation home in Myrtle Beach. The kitchen is fully stocked if you plan to cook during your stay. The fireplace TV stand was a nice surprise and added to the coziness of the living area, especially on some of the colder nights. The host was very quick to reply if we had any questions and the check in process went smoothly. Overall our stay was very comfortable and we would consider staying at this condo in the future.

Great Choice for Myrtle Beach Stay

Our stay at this VRBO was our best ever. The place was exactly as described, clean, organized, and surprise… stocked with things a traveler wishes they had remembered to bring.
