Oceanfront Studio Suite with breathtaking views

It’s time to leave your worries at home and your footprints in the sand. Wait until you sea the breathtaking ocean views from this 7th floor suite at the Palace Resort located 2 miles south of downtown Myrtle Beach and 3 miles from the airport.

This is a NON-SMOKING room. Please do not smoke in the room or on the balcony. Evidence of smoking will result in an extra $200 deep cleaning charge.

July rentals are Saturday to Saturday only.
7 night rentals get a 10% discount.
Monthly rentals get a 20% discount.

Check in: 4 P.M.
Check Out : 10 A.M.

You will be contacted with the door code one day before check in.

Daily housekeeping is not included.

The unit offers a Queen Bed, Dining Table, Sofa, Cable TV, Free WiFi, Keyless Entry, Private balcony, 2 beach chairs, and Tile Floors.

Sheets, Blankets, and Towels are provided and stay in the room. They will be collected and cleaned after you check out.

Hotel Amenities include: Free covered parking, 2 Outdoor Pools, 3 Outdoor Hot Tubs, 1 Indoor Hot tub, Restaurant & Bar(Seasonal), Coin-Operated washer and dryer located across the hall, Arcade games, 24 Hour exercise room, Sauna & Steam room, Change machine, ATM, Vending machines, & 24 Onsite Security. The resort offers a shower and hose to rinse the sand off before you enter the property.

Walmart Neighborhood Market is a 2-3 minute walk. The resort is close to golf courses, restaurants, the boardwalk, and many attractions.

A parking pass & pool bracelets will be left in the room for you to use during your stay. Display the parking pass in your car when you arrive. Please leave the pool bracelets in the room when you check out. Missing bracelets will result in a $10 fee per bracelet.

Owner is not Liable for guests lost or stolen items or injuries while occupying this property. Owner is not Liable for vehicles towed from any unauthorized parking spaces.

Make sure you enter Palace Resort 1605 SOUTH Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577 into the GPS. 1605 North Ocean Blvd is located in North Myrtle Beach 30 minutes away.

This is the second year my girlfriend and I have stayed at Bradley’s wonderful condo, and the experience both times has been top notch. The location can’t be beat. The condo is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed, and if we ever did have a question, Bradley responded right away.I’ve been staying in vacation rentals for almost 30 years now, and this is one of my favorites. We’ll be back again, for sure.

Nothing beats falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves & waking up to enjoy the sunrise! This is the cutest beach condo and perfect for a weekend getaway. It looks just like the pictures & the communication with the host was great. While we are not in Myrtle Beach very often, if we decide to come back we would stay here again.

Relaxing vacation!

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the unit and the building in general. Onsite parking garage and security was a big plus. Loved having our morning coffee on the balcony while listening to the crashing waves. The unit itself was equipped with all necessary items and we loved having beach chairs and a beach umbrella available to use. The restaurant was convenient for a delicious supper and tasty cocktails.

This property was absolutely gorgeous. Super clean and extras were provided. Everything was thought about from the paper towels, to the playing cards which came in handy for the rainy days. The decor & the colors were beautiful. Can't say enuff positive and Brad was extremely nice and easy to work with. Will definitely stay again.

The pictures of the condo in the ad do not do justice. The condo is decorated perfectly for a beach theme even down to the aqua colored garbage bags. The co do was extremely clean and had all the amenities as we have at our home. Communication with the owners/managers of the property went as smoothly as expected with quick replies to any questions we had. We will be renting this condo next time we come to MB.

Such a nice place to stay!

Such a nice place to stay! The room was so cute and cozy! Very soft and comfy bed, loved the balcony, especially the corner suite, real quiet. Our host Bradley was amazing! Great communication! We will definitely be back to stay here next time in town. Hope it will be available
