Beautiful contemporary 1 bedroom, 1 bath spacious condo perfect for honeymoon, anniversary or that romantic getaway. Keyless entry for guest convenience and no contact check in. The code is changed after each rental. Living room includes 65 inch Ultra High definition/ 4K premium smart TV, 4K Blu-ray player, private secure high speed WIFI for our guests, electric fireplace (for mood and/or heat), and opens to a balcony with spectacular views of the beach and ocean to enjoy beautiful sunsets. King size platform bed with 14 inch plush comfortable mattress and smart tv are included in the bedroom that has a stunning accent wall. Adjacent bathroom that includes shower and tub. The kitchen includes quality black stainless steel refrigerator/freezer (w/ ice maker) and stove/oven, beautiful quartz countertop, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker and Keurig kcup coffee machine, and slow cooker.. Enjoy your home-cooked meals or delivery on the counter height dining table with chairs while taking in the amazing view. Stack washer and dryer in condo for your convenience. The balcony includes 2 counter top chairs with a table in between them and 2 cushioned chairs. Outdoor seasonal pool and plenty of lounge chairs. We have a beach closet that we provide our guests with chairs, umbrella, wagon, coolers, towels, binoculars, etc. We provide guests with bath and bed linens. The property has parking on site and across the street. There are 2 elevators with security codes located on the property. Convenient location that is 5 blocks to Main Street with restaurants, bars, stores and more. We encourage all guests to purchase trip insurance in the event of an unexpected emergency. We are unable to refund or reschedule past the cancellation policy.

What an awesome, ocean-front experience. While the building is older and does show its age in minor ways, it still was so enjoyable. The unit is perfect for a couple and the host was beyond gracious, responsive, and accommodating. You won’t regret your decision!

Perfect in every way. Ideal host, fully appointed kitchen and everything else you might need. The lay out of the building really gives you the sense of privacy, that a nine story bldg. wouldn’t indicate, but from parking lot to elevator to condo door, it’s very private. I appreciated the luggage carts too. The beach was super clean and the angle of the extra wide balcony was comforting for anyone afraid of heights and both the sunrise and sunsets can be viewed from the living room looking out the balcony. Highly recommend.

Beautiful ocean front view from room and balcony with outdoor seating. Onsite parking and easy access to elevator and room. Beach equipment supplied. Everything we needed for our stay in the Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and even games in living room and written directions for TV use. Every room was very clean.

My wife and I both said this was our best vacation ever! The condo was clean and was furnished nicely! The view from the balcony of the ocean and the beach was awesome. And best of all we were only steps away from the ocean.

We had an incredible stay and wish we could have stayed longer. That stunning top floor ocean view is even better than the photos! Very cozy and quiet and just steps to the beach! JoAnna always checked in and was super helpful throughout the process. We can't wait to come back next year!
