This oceanfront property is the perfect beach getaway for your friends and family. For your convenience, there is a laundry room onsite and a grocery store right across the street.This entire condo has been updated, including all new shaker white cabinets in the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and even a breakfast bar! The master bathroom has a brand new tiled floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower. The condo has been fully refurnished. Watch your favorite TV shows or stream movies on the Smart TVs. The bedrooms include a brand new tempurpedic mattress in the master bedroom and tempurpedic pillows with all new bedding for both rooms. Spring break getaway

A bit further from Myrtle Beach than expected but easy access to the beach with cool bar on the deck. The building was undergoing renovations with signage posted. This will be a great spot once the pool and restaurant complete. The condo itself was well appointed in kitchen, bedrooms and furnishings. Patio views of the ocean and beach at night were beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Great room 5 stars, Check in time consuming.

Room was great!!!! Thank you to the host. Elliot Rentals could move to an email or text for check in to make the process smother for rooms with codes only. Took an extra hour to stop at office in North Myrtle Beach for our room in extreem South Myrtle Beach.

Nice Convenient Condo

Loved the place! Very convenient to stores and restaurants especially with a little one. Very quiet. Only downfall were the beds were small (not queens) so my husband had to sleep in the other bedroom since my daughter sleeps with us making my son have to sleep on the pullout. There was also a lot of construction which didn’t cause any problems and my daughter actually liked seeing the vehicles but the pool was not accessible, thankfully we were able to use the one down the road. Overall absolute great stay and we would b ppl ook again!

Great views; Sweet condo!

This was the perfect condo for a family weekend getaway! The views from the balcony were awesome; and the condo was well appointed, newly updated and sparkling clean. The owner provided most all of what is needed for a stay. Just bring food and drinks and enjoy! Very hospitable! Thanks for sharing your property with us.

Very nice place, great location

We really enjoyed this property. Short walk to a family beach and also short walk to several pools. I cook meals while on vacation and found what I needed except bigger cooking and serving utensils. Nice that the previous renter left paper products!! Thx!! Loved sitting on the patio!! Will stay here again.

Was a little disappointed because building was still under construction. Condo had a few small things that need attention, especially balcony carpet which is a fall hazard. Overall our visit was great. This was our 3rd year staying at Resort.

Renaissance tower

The condo was really nice and the closeness to the beach was great. Unfortunately there was some construction on the building while we were there the pool was closed and lots of closed off places, we wont stay at that resort again. Myrtle beach was awesome but completely disappointed in Renaissance tower

Cleanliness was issue

Wasn’t as clean as it should have been for the cost. Kitchen and bathrooms were not acceptable and floors were horrible. Location of the unit to the beach was great.
