Camelot by the Sea is an oceanfront resort conveniently located near area shopping, dining, live entertainment and golf. The resort amenities include a 60 ft oceanfront pool, 40 ft kiddie pool with mushroom water fountain, 90 ft heated indoor pool, 200 ft heated indoor lazy river and indoor & outdoor hot tubs.

Our condo is located on the 2nd floor of this beautiful resort. Our newly remodeled condo features an oceanfront master bedroom with King bed and private bathroom, a guest bedroom with 2 Queen beds, Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, washer/dryer in the unit, and a 24 ft long oceanfront balcony. We just remodeled the kitchen and added granite counter tops, under-mount sink, new faucet and shaker style cabinets with custom beach theme cabinet knobs. The beach style decor and colors makes our condo warm, fun and inviting. The resort has an attached parking garage allowing guests to park near the front door of the unit making it easy to load/unload the car and guests don't have to walk across the street making it very safe for families.

Myrtle Beach was voted 'Best Family Beach' by The Travel Channel. Great Central Location! You'll be close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer including, 120 golf courses, over 1900 restaurants, live entertainment, fun shopping, water parks, and thrilling attractions. Camelot by the Sea is conveniently located 6 blocks from the new oceanfront Boardwalk, less than 5 miles from the airport and The Market Commons - a 114 acre urban village community with shopping (Tommy Bahama, The Orvis Company, Chico's), dining (PF Chang's, Gordon Biersch Brewery, Divine Prime and Travinia Italian Kitchen) and entertainment (Grande 14 Cinema). Camelot by the Sea is also less than 2 miles from Broadway at the Beach, a large outdoor shopping area that has dozens of great restaurants, IMAX Theater, mini-golf, children's amusement park, Ripley's Believe it Or Not Aquarium, Hard Rock Cafe, night clubs, piano bar, arcade and paddle boats. The Nascar Speedpark is located directly across the street from Broadway at the beach and features several go-cart tracks and an arcade. Next to the Speedpark is Myrtle Waves, South Carolina's largest water park with over 30 slides and attractions and 1.2 million gallons of water. There are several options for lunch and fun snacks including funnel cakes, pizza and ice cream and souvenirs. You will never run out of fun things to do!

Great experience

The location was perfect, the condo was cozy and clean, and just as decribed online. Check in was easy and received follow up emails making sure we knew who to contact if we needed assistance but everything was perfect. Thank you! Highly recommended!

Not as advertised

We had many issues with the unit immediately upon our arrival- the front door to the unit has crooked and loose door handle made us question the safety of the unit. The area floor rugs were very dirty, the balcony is overdue for a good powerwash, the extra linens were stained and the dryer does not work. Calls/texts went unanswered. They claim to be owner operated but turns out to be operated by a property management company that is not invested in maintaining their property or gaining repeat visitors. We did not stay and stayed at a hotel down the street instead. Hopefully other families will read this review and avoid this property at all costs!

Great MB Getaway

We were two couples 60+ and absolutely loved this condo. It was within walking distance to many restaurant/bars as well as a grocery store. The condo was well stocked and nicely decorated. A big plus for each bedroom having its own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Myrtle Beach Family Vacation

It was myself and my 88 year old. I'm and we had a blast. The condo was amazing and super clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view was perfect. My mother is afraid of heights so this was perfect. One floor above the pool deck. I have many pictures of amazing sunrises and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The property manager was superb and handled anything we needed. I will definitely rebook this condo in the future.

Amazing!!

I had an amazing time. The vacation home was fully stocked with linen. It was plenty of kitchen supplies! The vacation home was VERY CLEAN! BEAUTIFUL view. I will recommend this home to anyone that is wanting to visit Myrtle Beach.

Balcony not clean at all. Old chairs etc left on deck by renters. Deck very small area to sit cannot see when sitting over wall. Needs higher chairs. Sliding door area was terrible. Floors had not been mopped for months. They were black.

Ideal quick trip

Location was excellent - short walk to the boardwalk, lots of restaurants nearby, wonderful beachfront view of the ocean, several pools and jacuzzis, grass lawn with hammocks and chairs. And for me - the beach. Plenty of it at high and low tides, clean, excellent view of coastline. The condo was was well maintained and equipped, and comfortable to eat, relax and sleep in.
