    ABOUT OUR CONDO
    Located on the 8th floor, our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit offers the following amenities to accommodate a comfortable stay:

    KITCHEN/DINING AREAS
    - Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a great entertaining experience including an ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishware, and full set of seasoning/spices.
    - Dining table and chairs comfortably seats 6.
    - Bar seating off the kitchen counter seats 4.

    LIVING AREAS
    - The living space offers floor to ceiling ocean view windows with balcony access, smart TV, board games and plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun!
    - Sip your coffee or cocktail and listen to the waves crash while sitting on the private balcony.
    - Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sheets and pillows are provided and are located in the primary bedroom closet.

    BEDROOMS
    - Primary bedroom with 1 king bed, smart TV, private bathroom and floor to ceiling windows with balcony access.
    - Second bedroom with 1 full bed, 1 full over full bunk bed and smart TV.
    - Brand new pillows in both bedrooms.

    BATHROOMS
    - Both bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryers.
    - Primary bathroom (located in primary bedroom) has a standing shower.
    - Second bathroom (located off of main hallway) has a tub/shower combination.

    ABOUT THE RESORT
    The Bay View on the Boardwalk offers an oceanfront poolscape including a brand new outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and fire pit and an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, lazy river and kiddie pool. Looking for the beach? Direct white sandy beach access is right in front of you! Enjoy life-size games of chess and checkers, Starbucks downstairs in the building, shuffleboard overlooking Ocean Boulevard and a fully equipped fitness center.

    After a long day at the pool or beach, check out the 1.2 miles long Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk, a lengthy stretch that provides pristine views of the entire beach line and direct access to numerous shops and restaurants as well as the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel - all walking distance from the condo!

    - The keyless entry code and check-in instructions will be sent to you before your arrival. The front desk will not know your door code!

    PLEASE NOTE:
    - We are not affiliated with the Bayview Resort management. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the cleanliness of the resort, pools, elevators, or anything else in the building. If you need anything, please contact us directly. Thank you for your understanding!

    - Renters must be at least 21 years of age to rent our property.
    - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the condo or on the balcony. $200 fine for smoke removal/deodorization.
    - No pets are permitted.

    - Wristbands will be supplied and waiting for you in the condo. (One for each registered guest). These wristbands must be worn in all the pool areas at all times to prove you are our guest.

This Condo is right on the beach and the view from the 8th floor balcony was spectacular! Having a washer and dryer was very helpful and a working kitchen to cook in between our busy schedule. We had most everything we needed for our stay. Thanks.

The location was amazing. Beautiful beach front view. I would 10/10 recommend this condo! Having all that space with 3 kids was so peaceful! Having a kitchen on vacation also saved us a lot of $$ on meals. I would definately stay here again if we travel back to Myrtle Beach again

The check in process could be easier and better instructions given before arriving. The apartment’s layout is nice but there were stains on the furniture that were unpleasant. The master bedroom’s bedding was visibly stained. I washed the towels and bedding before use. Should not have to do that on a vacation. With issues occurring on site, the host should have been more attentive and stayed in communication with me. I guess you get what you pay for. The overall pricing was low for the stay.

The view was great. The furnishings comfortable. The washer dryer full size and worked great and quietly. The week was well booked at this place with lots of events in town and the remodeling really made it challenging to enjoy the area because there was always a huge line and wait for the only 2 working elevators. We didn't visit the pool but the smell of ammonium chloride was pretty stark as we had to walk through the area to get to the elevators on the first pass. Watching littles bounding in and out of the hot tub and pool, I think the pool and hot tub is a no-go for me.

Had amazing views of the water, sunrise and moonrise. Had a great view of fireworks off the pier. The balcony is on the perfect floor to be able to see your family on the beach/in the water but far enough up to not have all the noise.

Què no li ha agradat: Neteja
The hostess was fine. The apartment was dirty. We had to wash the sheets and pillowcases that has stains on everything. Nothing was wiped down. Shower was dirty. No toilet paper stuff like that but I did enjoy the stay just didn’t like having to clean before we stayed.
