Summary:

Beautiful, Warm and cozy condo. Dining area, living room and balcony. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass.

*2nd floor + Elevator

*minutes from the beach and all main attractions!

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*1 bedroom, 1 bathroom.

* 1 King bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. *Washer and dryer available in the unit. *Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Sheets and linens provided.

*Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.



The Neighborhood:

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few minutes away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, lots of restaurants, outlets and night clubs.

10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Pool key is photographed before each stay.

*Please review my house rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*No mailbox for this location.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Everything was just as expected. Bed was comfortable. Very clean. Well stocked for more than a few days. Would be a bit cramped for more than 2 adults. I didn't spend alot of time in the condo, but the couch in the living room area is a bit uncomfortable for those planning to spend time inside. Definitely not a reason to not stay there

Good Price

The price was good. Much smaller than appeared in photos. Furniture was worn out. Was charged $27 after I checked out for "Credit Card fee". Had no idea. Would find something better next year.

Great stay and pet friendly

Emily is great and responsive. The place is pet friendly. I would recommend bringing a blanket for your dog and beach towels as there are not extra linens. The host is very responsive. Myrtle wood is a great choice. We will be back. Awesome!
