Charming, Clean & Pet Friendly, 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath, Close to Beach & Airport

  • Firebird TownHome with Love: 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, as close as you can get to the beach without the high priced beachfront. We aim to make you smile when you open the front door.

    We are PET FRIENDLY (additional pet fee of $50 one time fee) MAX 2 pets under 50 lbs- well mannered pets! We only ask that you treat our home like your home while here. Pets should be vaccinated. We love pets and would never go on vacation without our pet, but please remember to respect those coming after you. Please bring your pets blankets to cover furniture/bed if pet is going to be on furniture.

    Great features include a fully equipped kitchen including SS appliances and all the cooking accessories you need. Keurig Coffee pot as well as reg coffee maker.
    The main level is open floor plan with a dining table for 6, plenty of seating in the living room; 1/2 bath; laundry room with washer and dryer and outside patio w/gas grill to relax after a day on the beach.
    Upstairs has 2 Bedrooms, each with private bath and plenty of closet space. 1 bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has 2 Dbl beds. TV's in every room, Wifi, Streaming Device (w/your login), We include board games, beach towels, chairs and a beach cart, and a outdoor shower.
    Well lit, secure end unit with two off street parking spots in front of your unit with security camera! Self check in upon arrival. Built in electronic wall safe for extra piece of mind.
    This is a non smoking townhome. Please honor our non-smoking policy or extra cleaning charges will be charged.

    Close to everything: 1 block from ocean boulevard m, 21st ave south. White Sand and Sunny Blue Ocean, putt-putt golf course; ice cream shop, gift shops, restaurants-all just steps away. Restuarants less than 2 miles away: seafood, Italion, steak, Asian Mexican, breakfast, buffets, fast foods. Stores less than 1/4 mile: Food Lion and Walmart. Savannah's Playground (a huge playground for all kids) located at Market Commons-it is amazing! Dog park also located at Market Commons which is only 2 miles away. Centrally located to Coastal Grand Mall, Family Kingdom Waterpark, Golf Courses, Pickleball, Broadway at the Beach; only a mile from the Myrtle Beach Airport.

    Parking Trailers: Jamin Leather offers trailer parking for trailers under 16ft in length. Please see their website for more information. They are very close to us and are a great option.

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent, and the location was very close to the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Great location and very relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay. Only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach and close to so much else. Townhouse was clean, welcoming and great for our 2 cavapoos. Will stay again!

This was an absolute perfect place to stay as it was within 2 blocks of the beach and close the main drag with all of the amenities. The home was very well cleaned when we arrived and everything worked as expected. Our next trip to Myrtle Beach will be planned with the hope of being able to stay here again.

The entire home was well labeled and maintained. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood felt safe. Very short walk to the beach. My family enjoyed our stay.

Place was spotless and super cozy and comfortable! Very nice place with plenty of space!!! Access to beach was a very short walk. Lots to do on the main road as well. Good location! Highly recommend!!!!!

The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the listing. The location was convenient and the beach access was an easy 3 minute walk. Unlike many other VRBO properties, all lights and appliances were labeled and worked as they should. Since this was the end unit, the placement was especially nice, with easier parking and immediate sidewalk/trash access. We enjoyed our time in this property and would definitely stay there again.

What an amazing home for us to borrow! It couldn't have been more perfect. The location was central to all our outings, the beach just minutes away, there were enough towels & hangers, plus all the bathrooms had fans!! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. Even with it being an end unit and along a well travel street by cars & people, it was very quiet. The decor was just beachy enough and I was happy there were books on hand because I finished mine too early into the trip! Connecting to wifi was easy and there were local guidebooks & coupons on hand. Was a great way to see what there was to do.The owners were amazing! Very helpful and accommodating. I didn't feel like I was bothering them at all. I would return again when I find myself headed back to Myrtle Beach. It was a wonderful 10 days.
