Morning light drifts across the Atlantic as waves roll steadily below, and the shoreline sets a calm rhythm just outside your windows. From the private balcony, the horizon feels wide and open, framed by ocean, sky, and the gentle movement of the coast. The air carries the quiet presence of the water, creating an easy pace for days spent together by the beach.



The space

This entire oceanfront condo in Myrtle Beach comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is well suited for families, friends, or group trips. Large windows throughout the condo frame ocean, beach, resort, and city skyline views, keeping the coastal setting present from room to room. Elevator access makes arrivals and departures simple, and self check-in with a smart lock allows you to settle in at your own pace.



Sleeping arrangements

The layout includes four bedrooms and three baths, offering room to gather while still enjoying privacy. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private bathroom, and direct ocean views. A second bedroom includes a king bed, the third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with two full beds. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for a comfortable stay.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private balcony to take in a 180-degree ocean view, where the scenery shifts throughout the day with passing clouds and changing light. The building offers shared resort amenities, including a pool, hot tub, and lazy river. Shared beachfront access places the sand just steps away, and open green space within the resort grounds provides additional room to enjoy the outdoor setting.



Kitchen and dining

The condo includes a full kitchen and a dining area positioned to enjoy coastal views. Whether you are preparing relaxed breakfasts or gathering for easy meals after a day out, the space supports dining at your own pace with everything needed to cook and enjoy time together.

Air conditioning and heating keep the condo comfortable year-round, while WiFi supports both downtime and remote needs. An in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. Parking is available on the premises, with free street parking nearby.

* Oversized vehicles (over 74” tall) have limited parking availability on the first level.

* If oversized parking is full, guests will need to use nearby public parking at Dunes Village Resort.

* All guests must display an official Beach Colony parking pass to enter the garage.

* Parking passes must include the condo number and reservation dates.

* Reservation confirmations or screenshots will NOT be accepted in place of parking passes.

* The indoor pool area is currently under renovation and is expected to reopen around September 2026.

* Renovations include repairs, upgrades, new flooring, ceiling work, and drainage improvements.

* Outdoor amenities remain available during this time.

* Beach Colony is continuing major property improvements throughout 2026, including indoor pool renovations and upcoming parking deck repairs.

* Work is being completed in phases to minimize guest disruption.

* Guests are encouraged to report suspicious activity or disturbances to the front desk immediately.

* Quiet hours and resort rules are enforced for everyone’s comfort and safety.

A short drive from Family Kingdom Amusement Park, The Boardwalk, and Splashes Water Park! Great Location is central to everything in Myrtle Beach! Conveniently located and within 3 miles from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, 3.5 miles to NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, few minutes drive to Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.

Other Things to Note:

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code on the day of your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
