"Amazing stay. The atmosphere felt luxurious yet cozy at the same time. The location right beside Tivoli Gardens made everything feel magical. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had."

"The pool looks exactly like the photos and is so worth seeing and swimming in. There are a lot of couples all over each other in the pool though and it feels awkward being in it. The joint room we shared was perfect for a family. It would be nice if there was better lobby and or out door space dedicated to the hotel. Overall very cool vibe and enjoyed our stay."

"It is good location. Staff is very friendly. We had some challenges checking in as we were not able to open the link sent by the apt hotel. Take long time to work with Expedia and the hotel staff. The hotel’s pillow and blankets have some smells, not from the cover sheet, it is from the insert inside…. It is a little disappointment for us. We paid $400+ per night, I would expect a clean bed without other people’s sweat smell…"

"I did not expect to have a room in what used to be an attic, this was not explained or shown in the time of choosing a room, there was no air conditioning, we had the noice of the street, and it was unbearable, the room had o height in one side for 8’ and about five in the window side, we have to bend over to reach the other side of the bad, this was not for me"

"About the hotel Pluses - clean, nice decor and central location. Very bad - where do I start 1. Everything is controlled by an iPad. To start TV and change channel you need the iPad which is fixed to the table. We lost TV connection 30min before FIFA finals and they had to reset the iPad 2 times. 2. The room temperature is also controlled by iPad. Very hot in the room at 21C and never cooled. The front desk said they saw the temp at 21C and it was lowering. 36 hours later it is still at 21C....

"Brilliant location, very clean. Large 3 bed condo. One family bathroom but that was fine for a family of 4 (2 were teenagers). We were there in a heat wave. Needed the fans to sleep as city street noise in the night meant having the windows open was a litttle loud when delivery trucks were moving about. Wouldn’t describe this as luxury, more like scandi-functional. We had to lug suitcases up several flights of stairs as only a few condos have elevator access so make sure request elevator access...

"Beautifully presented room with air-conditioning. Location was perfect, and could walk easily to all areas of interest. Room itself was a bit small but suited our needs well. Friendly staff and nice relaxing lobby and bar, would definitely stay here again"

"Venders is located across the street from Norreport Station, making it easy to use Copenhagen's excellent public transportation system. It is also next to the delightful Torvehallern city food market, with stalls offering wonderful fresh ingredients and prepared foods, as well as cafes. In addition, there's a full-service grocery store a couple of doors down the block, and a pastry/coffee shop around the corner. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped.
