"The bed being on the floor was terrible"

"This hotel is a fantastic location and the services are excellent. From the time we checked it which was extremely early, they stored our luggage as we explored around and made use of the rooftop Terrance. They complimentary goodies in the lobby after a long day was such a pleasant surprise. The staff all staff from the check-in to house keeping were so helpful. I most certainly will be back and only stay here. See you next time."

"Our room was lovely, staff very friendly and amenities great."

"I don’t think I have ever stayed at a more perfect hotel. It is beautiful, the staff treat you like a favorite relative that has come to visit without being fussy or pretentious! We loved the historical aspect and the location as well."

"Amazing stay! Loved everything!"

"Although we enjoyed our stay and its proximity to dining and neighborhoods, we did have some problems with the TV, shower and in-room safe. The room itself was charming and close to a very active square in which the restaurants stayed busy until late, making the evenings full of music and crowd noises. This was not entirely a negative but did remind us that we were in downtown with joyful noises into the night."

"Lovely property with clean rooms and friendly staff."

"We loved the central location. We found great food within walking distance on both sides away from La Rambla. It was also an easy walk to the attractions that we were looking at. The hotel itself is clean, quiet and staff very helpful. Photos not of the hotel but all things you see nearby."

"The place is very convenient, next to Ramblas street and near by Metro stations, you can move around very ease. The place has plenty of space and 3 full bathrooms, this is very important when you travel with a big group."

"Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff."

"The STAFF( Guillerme and housekeeping) was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we had an exhaust/ smoke odor in the room, they changed our room, sent a very kind note with a fruit basket and called back to check on us- Great communication, but the odor still persisted during our 4 days stay. There is construction close by and could hear banging etc early am. The rooftop bar was beautiful and the staff there was great! Great location could walk or get to public transportation within a few...

"Very nice, just wish there was more shelf space for our “stuff “!"

"Pleasant and gracious staff. Rooms were clean and enjoyable. Great setting for all of the sites. We’ll be back."

"Perfect property for exploring Barcelona and also relaxing, clean well maintained apartment."
