"The staff at the desk was kind , however when I asked then to refill the pancake mix at 630 am they said why how many pancake do you want , I explained I wanted 2 for my grandchildren . In addition the whole reason I choose this hotel was because it had a pool - the pool was closed and my grandchildren were upset . We should be notified if this happens so I could have changed the location ."

The breakfast was a little lacking, but whmhat they had was okay. They just seemed to be understaffed. It was just okay/mediocre to stay there. We only had to deal with one night, as we just stopped in headed towards our vacation destination."

"The room was clean but very old. The tub had spots where there was no porcelain. The description on Expedia was not accurate. Also, parking and airport shuttle cost extra. I could have stayed at a higher end hotel and not paid for parking during my trip (the entire reason to stay)."

"The rooms were not available at 4pm. No extra towels available. I’ve machine broken . Pool was closed and I had to go downstairs three times with an injured knee to finally get my key to work . The front desk staff weren’t very friendly just full of excuses ."

"We found the staff checking us in unhelpful and not friendly. We had questions about the pay to park and didn’t appreciate the way we were approached. The other staff member was friendly, not ours. Breakfast was fine, not over the top but adequate. The room was clean and easy to control the temperature in the room."
