"The pictures on their site looks really good, but when you get there, it’s totally not what you seen in the pics. The guy that checked me in was rude. The shuttle driver drove like a crazy man. My room was very dated and unkept. I took numerous photos of my room and the shape it was in. I will “NEVER” stay at a Quality Inn again. I don’t stay in hotels much at all as I normally pull my RV, but this was a quick trip and time was of the essence."

And the AC was great and if you can play some white noise on your phone to drown out the fire alarm constantly beeping in the hallway, then you’ll be great!"

"I got stuck in Charlotte when my flight was canceled and needed a nearby hotel to get some sleep and a shower. I chose an airport hotel with airport shuttle service so that I could quickly get to the hotel (it was already pretty late at night) and then back to the airport first thing in the morning. I called for the shuttle when I arrived at the shuttle station and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes I called and was told that they did not know where the driver was. She was not...

"If I could give this hotel less than 1 star, I would…..the staff was horrible and dismissive, basically rude. When we entered the hotel room there was a huge dark splotch on the carpet which looked like blood. There were stains on the wall, the toilet was loose, and the room stank. Additionally there was a window A/C which could not be controlled. Because we arrived at 9:30 pm we were forced to stay the night. In the morning we immediately woke, switched hotels, and requested a refund. ...
