"Weird people sleeping in cars in parking lot, unfriendly staff and rooms being room full of young teenagers made for a week with no sleep at all."

"The hotel was excellent. The lobby space was amazing. We were able to come together and have a game night in the corner of the lobby without bothering anyone. The restaurant food was excellent, plenty of parking and the $15 a day parking fee was better than other hotels. The location was fantastic. Minutes away from Perimeter mall and other attractions. I will visit again. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, our room did not have enough towels or the sheets stocked for the sofa bed and chairs here was not staff to deliver it to the room. They only had 2 staff working (peak hours of evening). We just made our way down to pick up the stuff ourselves, and they were very kind, but definitely needed help. The same was true the next morning for a Sunday breakfast. Not enough workers to keep up with the amount of people staying. "

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were on the 11th floor which gave us a nice city view that my son loved. There is construction going on across from the hotel but it didn't interfere with our stay. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Perimeter Mall is in walking distance. "Receiving bad info upon calling hotel prior to choosing the hotel. We went to the Brookhaven Cherry Blossom Festival and selected this hotel due to phone conversation with hotel that supposedly checked to see if a shuttle ran from the hotel to the festival and that parking would be reduced to $15/day. Only to find on arrival no shuttle and parking was $25/day."

When I book this hotel 3/21/2026 for two beds room for my daughter valley ball tournaments. they give me for one bed room when I got there.Also they lie to me. I asked them if they give me the one bed ,there is different between one and two bed , I need adjust price, they don’t want do it. "Property was easy to find. Front desk was polite. There were lots of guests as the parking lot was full but we only saw a couple people on our floor. It was very quiet. Room was clean but bedding had a VERY strong bleach odor. Also there is a $10 per night charge to park in the parking lot which was a little strange to me since I already paid to stay there. "
