"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, our room did not have enough towels or the sheets stocked for the sofa bed and chairs here was not staff to deliver it to the room. They only had 2 staff working (peak hours of evening). We just made our way down to pick up the stuff ourselves, and they were very kind, but definitely needed help. The same was true the next morning for a Sunday breakfast. Not enough workers to keep up with the amount of people staying. "

"Weird people sleeping in cars in parking lot, unfriendly staff and rooms being room full of young teenagers made for a week with no sleep at all."

"The hotel was excellent. The lobby space was amazing. We were able to come together and have a game night in the corner of the lobby without bothering anyone. The restaurant food was excellent, plenty of parking and the $15 a day parking fee was better than other hotels. The location was fantastic. Minutes away from Perimeter mall and other attractions. I will visit again. "

"The hotel sold my room two days on the road. When I book this hotel 3/21/2026 for two beds room for my daughter valley ball tournaments. they give me for one bed room when I got there.Also they lie to me. I asked them if they give me the one bed ,there is different between one and two bed , I need adjust price, they don’t want do it. I called Expedia, the agent of Expedia Sadie “ I can’t do it because I got better price from Expedia…. And also Agen form Expedia hung up on me very quick ...

"Clean room. And good amenities- used the gym multiple times. Front desk staff was good along with food service. My toilet broke during my stay and did not get fixed for a whole day, and I had to raise the incident 3 times."

"Lady gave us the wrong room on arrival, room was switched and told us it was an upgrade but it was worse and not the suite we paid for. I then went down again and was told well we have an event going on even though i booked in advance. We eventually got the room we paid for. Then the crib we were given was missing the bottom so useless. We asked for the part and was told someone would get to us. three times i asked and all 3 times noone showed up so our infant had to sleep in our bed. The room...

"Property was easy to find. Front desk was polite. There were lots of guests as the parking lot was full but we only saw a couple people on our floor. It was very quiet. Room was clean but bedding had a VERY strong bleach odor. Also there is a $10 per night charge to park in the parking lot which was a little strange to me since I already paid to stay there. "

"They had to change my room 4 times! First three rooms all smelled like cigarette smoke or weed smoke. One room had dried urine all over the toilet seat. Tile floors by the bar and seating area were sticky. The parking is so tight in the garage, that my rav4 barely fit! The quality of this embassy suites is disappointing as it is in a nice area (sandy springs). Embassy Suites usually carries a high reputation, but this location is poorly managed. "
