We enjoyed using the pool, although the jacuzzi was only lukewarm, which made it difficult to use in the cold weather, so we only went once. The breakfast offers a great variety of options. One improvement would be more transparency during check-in, as paying at the end was a bit confusing for us. Overall, our stay was very pleasant."

Phillip, a 3rd generation owner / manager of the hotel was incredibly helpful in many respects and speaks excellent English. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood just a short stroll from a main shopping street with many great eating options. Room had a balcony with an amazing view of the mountains. "The hotel is located in a quite small town close to Linderhof palace. It works well as a gateway to Zugspitze in the south and Neuschwanstein in the west. The room is big, clean and modern. The restaurant and the breakfast are excellent. Truly a hidden gem. "
