"This hotel is more a series of rooms with a brief front desk that is available from 4PM - 8PM. Rooms are spacious, but basic. There is Breakfast on offer. But lunch, and no dinner. And also no bar. Therefore you need a car if you are staying here. There are 2 restaurants available in walking distance (approx. 15 mins) and an infrequent public bus / train service which if you miss a bus, wait an hour. Miss a train, wait an hour. "Clean room and friendly staff. One side of the hotel has a gorgeous view of Neuschwanstein. A short drive to Hohenschwangau to visit the castles and overlook. The breakfast is definitely European/ German style but you can get cooked to order eggs. Cute playground and garden swing."

"Beautiful hotel and good location. My only issue is that they didn’t have a little shuttle from the hotel to the bus loop that goes to Fussen. It was hard to roll our luggage that far (even a golf cart would have been helpful)."
