"A magical place in beautiful setting with unbelievable views. Lovely, charming staff and managers made everything easy and enjoyable. Excellent food with multiple choices and a tasting menu with wine pairings that was perfect each night, a great surprise given the small size of the lodge. Definitely one of my most memorable stays! Worthy of the cost."

"2nd time staying here. Overall had a great stay. Spa and Sauna was great as always. Room needs some refurbishing. Always had moisture on the window. Needs some air circulation. My first morning for breakfast I had to wait more than half an hour to get my coffee. And when it did arrive they gave me a wrong type. Breakfast was average too. Overall happy with the stay."

"Had another lovely stay at the QT Queenstown. We booked a Lakeview room and were returning for our second year in a row + regular QT stays. We were initially put in a room that had an obstructed view, when we went back and asked to move they were prompt and arranged a new room for us. We had some very personalised service from other hotels we returned to on our trip but the QT didn’t really provide or have insight into previous guest requests. "Had a great stay. Nice clean rooms. Enjoyed the small details like the heated towel racks, the pantry, the large oven, the multiple towels to cover for several days, the washer and dryer functionality with powder provided was helpful. View of the lake was nice (facing some cars which is ok) and relatively ok walking distance to the main shops."
