"We had a wonderful stay, everyone was super nice. Our cleaning lady folded our clothes every morning, her attention to detail was noticed. The girl at the front with red hair was very happy and made sure to help with any questions and when we left she provided us with waters to go. The room was well-designed and the staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a snafu the final evening and the staff worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible, which was great. "The Botanist is a beautifully restored and modernized property in central Prague. The bed and furnishings were very comfortable. The property has an elevator which is very unique in Europe. The coffee shop off the lobby is excellent and the courtyard garden is beautiful."

"Hotel is marketed as a five star but it’s definitely not- four star at best. The staff are available, but the level of service is not up to the standards. One would expect at a five star hotel rooms are dark especially bathrooms are very dark curtains. Don’t block out direct sunlight. Feels a bit musty and old."
