"We had a wonderful stay, everyone was super nice. Our cleaning lady folded our clothes every morning, her attention to detail was noticed. The girl at the front with red hair was very happy and made sure to help with any questions and when we left she provided us with waters to go. "The hotel is right across from the main train station which was super-convenient, and there is a tram stop around the corner. The room was well-designed and the staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a snafu the final evening and the staff worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible, which was great. All in all, a good experience and we'd consider staying in a Miss Sophie's property again in the future. Thanks so much!"

"Hotel is marketed as a five star but it’s definitely not- four star at best. The staff are available, but the level of service is not up to the standards. One would expect at a five star hotel rooms are dark especially bathrooms are very dark curtains. Don’t block out direct sunlight. Feels a bit musty and old."

It’s a Nice property and in a great location…room was clean, and reasonably decorated, furniture was pretty well used. The pillows were not what I would have expected, and quite frankly some of the worst I have had in many years of travelling. The staff was nice…but the housekeeping team were very inconsistent, over the course of our 5 night stay. All in all...
