"Walking in the first thing I notice was the rooms were extremely small. No biggie. But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult....

"This hotel was far beyond what I expected. Don't let the Holiday Inn name fool you. I was very impressed. The parking was only $50, which is close to half in SF. I would have given this a 5-star but for 2 things. #1. The breakfast was $35 each. $35!!! That is insane considering HI is known for free breakfast. In this day and age, that is astronomical for a Holiday Inn buffet. We went down the street to MyMy Cafe and had the best breakfast (not buffet but fresh to order), and it was half that...

"It’s actually cute inn with little casita style rooms. I reserved a 2 queen bed and it was very clean, with a separate bedroom for one bed which was nice. Room looked upgraded and well maintained with a mini fridge and microwave. Parking rate was good and you can request 2 spaces. The check in was fairly easy with the helpful manager and virtual guy. "Be ready to pay $80 for parking and extra fees in your card for no reason, entrance of hotel is full of homeless people not very safe!"

"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."
