"The location was great for going to Stern Grove. The room had plenty of charging outlets, which i really appreciate not having to look for them and then unplug something just to charge my phone. I also appreciated the lighting options. Free parking is was the reason I booked it. Low amenities, but it worked well for me."

I especially want to mention the manager, Vijay, who was extremely professional, polite, warm, and helpful throughout my stay. His hospitality made the experience even better. "There was no microwave. The TV was very small. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak. The TV kept trying to find the Wi-Fi. There were insects in the room. Little black spiders. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The ocean was very close. You couldn't see it from the room but you just had to climb to the top of the little Hill and you can see it overall. It was okay. Just the amenities was the weak part of this trip and the Wi-Fi"

"If you have a meeting at the Presidio, the location is hard to beat. You can roll out of bed and practically be there. Like many hotels on Lombard, this Travelodge is pretty basic. If you are looking for a clean room with a decent shower, you should be pleased. The one aspect of the room that I give a terrible rating to is the wi-fi system. It sucks. It is not a secure system, which makes it pretty hard to do certain kinds of work. It constantly requires you to sign in, and since I don't...

"There's a gym on the premises & a wine bar connected to the breakfast area. There's a laundrymat two doors down & a quick excellent inexpensive breakfast spot right across the street. The staff is very helpful & friendly. Centrally located to get around, walk, public trans or cab. The rooms are clean as well. Enjoy your stay."

"The room had a strong, unpleasant odor upon arrival. The window blinds did not properly cover the windows, allowing people outside to see into the room, which was a privacy concern. There was no prior notice about the parking fee, and I was surprised to be charged at check-in. The air conditioning unit appeared to have not been cleaned or had its filter replaced for a long time. "Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."
