"Great hotel for our 3-day stay in Tokyo. As Canadians, it was helpful to have a front desk staff who spoke English and we’re quite helpful to arrange taxis, transport our bags to the next city, and give us tips for were to eat when we arrived late the first night. Room was bright, clean and well setup. In-room laundry was really nice, and the girls liked the pool too. Oh - and the beds and pillows are excellent. You’ll enjoy this place for a family stay."

"Perfect hotel to stay in a great location right in the centre of Shibuya. The restaurant and bar are lovely and rooms nice too. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s our second stay at this hotel & I’d stay again. It is worth upgrading from the standard room if you can for the extra space."

"An amazing room!. Very close to Shibuya Crossing without the heavy crowds. The room had plenty of space for a family of six. I wish the property had baggage storage options within the building for pre check and post check out."

"The room is clean and the staff are very helpful. I was planning to call a taxi next morning to the airport , and the staff reminded me that there is bus service right at the hotel. So it was super convenient. We paid for the breakfast for 3 adults and 1 kid, mostly western style breakfast if it is something you want."
