"Everything was good except for little odds and ends here and there. But the water smelled like rotten eggs. Not sure why that is. But it was definitely a little unpleasant when showering and washing dishes. "

"This was a beautiful property and located pretty close to a beautiful river that we spent alot of our time in. The porches were very accomodating and the kitchen space was spectacular. Overall one of our best stays. The property management was also very accomodating for such a last minute set-up. My only con: The upstairs was pretty hot. There are some window units and it was pretty hot outside and we did not compain during our stay. I'm sure their are ways the property management can fix this...

"The HeartSong (and the DreamMore for that matter) is one of the nicest resorts to stay in the beautiful state of Tennessee, because it’s staffed by some of the nicest folks East Tennessee has to offer. The amusement park goes through staffing highs and lows, but Dolly’s resorts take all the best people and make the experience so much more meaningful. Checking in is a breeze (we accidentally got an early check in while getting our trolley pass and time saver passes, which yes you can do that...

"This was a graduation celebration trip for my son. We had a great time! Be very careful though cooking outisde on the grill and eating. We did have a bear walk out of the woods on us and we had to run inside. The bear got to enjoy our hotdogs. The cabin was great!"
