"The staff and customer service are extremely friendly and helpful! When I was placed in multiple rooms with problems (marks on the walls and badly damaged surfaces, then a room with a very moldy smelling bathroom), the front desk staff was very apologetic and immediately found me another room. The property is not the best maintained (lots of scratches and dings on the walls and some grout in need of refurbishment) but the hotel is very clean and spacious. "Hotel is perfectly located from the main train station and Marin platz and convenient stores around the corner staff were very very nice and helpful. But it’s only a for a transit stay meaning there are no full curtains to cover the sun when you wake up plus there isn’t air conditioning it’s only a fan in the room"
