"This was an excellent place to stay in Munich . We took two day trips, and it was conveniently located to the road system. We took one trip into downtown, and the trains were about a six or seven minute walk. The neighborhood felt safe. The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. We did not eat breakfast. Parking is reasonable, and it was never hard to find a spot. The entrance has kind of a blind spot when you enter, but I would not consider it...

Quiet and clean (spotless) rooms, and great location: parking can be either be done in the hotel garage or (freely) on the street, albeit it could be difficult at times. U-bahn (subway) station 10 or so minutes away, to reach Munich center in 15-20'."

"We loved the staff & location. Richard at the front desk was so helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the bundle price option. The property has an outdoor garden area with tables and chairs. A lovely spot to enjoy a beverage after a busy day exploring!"

"Avoid this hotel like the plague. Never mind the fact that the employees don't care and are careless - I asked the front desk twice for an extra blanket and never got one, I asked for the towels to be replenished and was ignored, the cook burned something in the kitchen and the entire hotel had to be evacuate. Never mind all that, the worst part was when I asked for the front desk to get me a taxi. I read that it only took 20 minutes from the hotel to the airport. The front desk person called...

"Good comfortable sleep close to all the action. We did not have to Uber anywhere. Helpful staff. Would stay again but room is a bit small"

"Very nice staff, wonderful rooms, quiet, close to buses. The only comment I have is that they need to have a flyer in the room to let the travellers know that the garbage and cleaning of the room is done once/week. We found that after a couple of days, when I requested towels. Overall, it's a very good hotel, and we greatly enjoyed our stay there."
