She was dealing with another customer and was on the phone but to stand for ten minutes or more, with not even a hello was crazy. "Well the hotel is nice but the staff is very unhelpful....They do not even bother to read messages, notifications, emials etc. And they send you all in german language while people come from english countries..."

"Das Hotel ist ein Standard-Mittelklasse Hotel, die Zimmer waren sauber und relativ modern. Auch nicht zu hellhörig. Das Frühstück war prinzipiell gut, aber der Frühstücksraum für diese Anzahl an Personen nicht ausgelegt. Unabhängig vom knappen Sitzplatzangebot hieß es auch immer warten und Slalom laufen. "Very close to the airport but no shuttle. Coffee is in lobby for a fee and you are no where close to get some. Biggest downside was you cannot open the windows and if there was a fire they are way to thick to break the glass. No I do not recommend."

Das waren aber alles Dinge über die man hinwegsehen kann. Was leider komplette Katastrophe war, war die Frühstückssituation.
