"Great customer service. I checked in late and they were in contact with me about where my key was and how to get it. My key was locked and I was given the combo. Combo worked and got into my room even when checking in late and no one was at the front office. Great help and very friendly"

However, a short ride to the fourth floor and the problem was solved. Overall, a really good place to stay and recommend the Hilton Garden Gatlinburg."
