"The location on the map is not accurate, please contact the staff for guidance or to open the door. When you stand in Piazza S. Clemente, and look south, you will see the hotel's terrace, the entrance door is from Via delle Piagge. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful with any request, the kitchen is at your disposal all the time if you want a coffee or a snack. Note: stop at Piazza S. Clemente to drop off your luggage (you go up the stairs to the entrance, there is no elevator), if you are...

Personale davvero cortese, hanno accontentato praticamente tutte le mie richieste. Francis è di una gentilezza, cortesia ed empatia davvero eccezionali.
Colazione con prodotti freschi e vari, possibilità di sgranocchiare qualcosa al bar, ad esempio una pinsa.

"All staff members we met were very friendly and helpful. The grounds surrounding our room were lovely and well maintained. The room design was simple yet elegant. Our complimentary breakfast was sufficient, to our taste, and served by a friendly service staff. We will seek out La Tenuta di Rocca Bruna for our next stay near Tivoli."

"This apartment was excellent. The lady that checked is in was Amazing!!!!! She gave us some advice on getting around and really helped out with our stay. The restaurant was also an excellent choice. We eate there for breakfast and for dinner while staying. All of the food was excellent and wait staff was great. I would definitely book a stat here again?"

"O quarto impecavelmente limpo e organizado, havia serviço de quarto diariamente.
Mts opções de bares e restaurantes ao redor.
No dia do check in houve um imprevisto com o nosso quarto, que a Anastacia prontamente resolveu.
Certamente, me hospedaria novamente. "
