"I really like the western theme of this Best Western; it looked authentic and customized for NM. My room was comfortable with view of the parking lot, traffic and sunset. There was plenty of parking and conveniently located off the freeway. The area surrounding the hotel, is like any sketchy off-ramp commercial area. I did not get a chance to walk to old town from here. But I like the fact the parking lot is gated and my room was clean and quiet. Thank you to this local BW ."

I used the hot tub one afternoon and it was suitably warm - enough that I didn't want to hop back out and go turn the jets on because the air temperature was on the cool side. "The staff was remarkably attentive and pleasant. They were very accepting of our (well-behaved) dog. We also appreciated the staff at the restaurant, where we had a surprisingly authentic meal. The coffee service was a great bonus. "
