"Very clean. Nice staff. Everything you could need in a place to crash in the shibuya area. Nice mall right across the road with fun food court in the basement.
Only downside is that the rooms are tiny (twin beds are both on same base and in the corner so one person has to scoot off the end) and the sink is outside the bathroom so no way to quietly brush teeth or wash up if the other occupant is sleeping. I recognize this smallness is common so not docking a ton of points but the reality is that...

"ディズニーに行くために利用しました。交通の便が良く、ホテルの周りには飲食店もたくさんあって、とても便利でした。
2日目にタオルをお願いした際もすぐに対応してくださり、スタッフの方が部屋まで持ってきてくれて助かりました。
お部屋やお風呂もきれいに清掃されていて、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。
ただ、お部屋の湿気のような匂いが少し強く感じられた点だけが気になりました。消臭剤などで対策していただけると、さらに快適で完璧だと思います。"

"Location was great. Subway was close. Quiet location and room. Kitchenette was great. Laundry facilities were a bonus. Room is getting a bit old and was a little musty but was clean and comfortable."

"First of all, the washing machine was quite handy. That was a game changer. Checkin was smooth. But communication was a bit off mostly due to language barrier. I had a small inconvenience because of the number lock wasn't working properly. Had to call the associate the open the door with keys. Manjuu (front desk staff) was great help in terms of everything. I recommend this place."
