"Fantastic stay with my family. Staff were a standout, reception team very friendly. My daughter is afraid of elevators and the kind lady helped me unlock the stairs outside (unfortunately it was raining and staff member did get wet) so that I could walk our girl up to our room. "The location was great. The space was also excellent, big enough, clean and tidy and well appointed. It was noisy and light at night from the city etc. I slept fine but my husband didn't. Amazingly powerful shower and having access to the washing machine and dryer was brilliant "

"We enjoyed our stay! VERY convenient location, great staff. Stylish accommodation with nice lounge/bar. The room we got was in the "quiet" back part of the hotel and it was indeed quiet. The bed was very comfy. However the room was incredibly tiny--we couldn't fully open the door to the room because it hit the bed. A very thin amount of space on either side of the bed. But it was inexpensive, clean, comfy and well-situated. Overall had a good stay and would recommend. "

"The property was very well-situated and convenient for shopping, restaurants and activities. It was a good sized apartment and in the art-deco style, but the decor was tired and in need of refreshing. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the oven didn't work and the kitchen equipment would benefit from looking at. We enjoyed our stay, nonetheless and would stay there again."

"Very good hotel in the city, very conveniently located just off the highway and without the need to get stuck in traffic. I arrived on a Sunday so I got to try the special Sunday Roast dining menu as well, very well portioned and nice restaurant setup. I also booked for the valet parking so it was really piece of cake checking in."

"Great stay, always lovely staff and food and clean. Only small complaint is the tables in the room are not a good height to work at in an office desk capacity. I work from my room in between meetings and it can get uncomfortable. If there is a desk height table on request that would be amazing."
