  • This is a beautiful waterfront end unit, three-level townhouse located off Route 208 in the Lake Anna Plaza subdivision. It's airy and bright, with an open floor concept - the perfect space for entertaining. Relax at Bella Vista where you have expansive views of the lake in a peaceful setting. This property includes a living room area on each floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a full bath, and a balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee looking over the lake. Downstairs in the lower level, there is another full bath, a table for dining, a wet bar, an electric fireplace, and a patio for grilling.

    What's nearby:
    You 'll be within walking distance to restaurants, a short drive to grocery store, gas station, and many more convenience stores. The boat slip is almost part of your backyard - only steps away! Children can enjoy and play in the backyard due to the flat lot.

Property is a little dated but overall location was v good and house had everything needed for 6 adults.We had to drive and come at midnight, the code would not work and key lock was in a dark area . Not able to get into the house for 30 mins.

Great lake anna house

The home was very comfortable and well stocked with a great location. I would happily stay here again. The only negatives were poorly marked parking spots, the smart tvs were pretty old so only YouTube and Netflix, and the master bed needs a new mattress (very sinky). The property management was great and provided easy instructions as well as basic supplies for our stay

Perfect spot for a long weekend getaway.

We had a wedding at Seay Point and this townhome was a perfect spot for our family to stay. Plenty of space for sleeping and the multitude of bathrooms allowed all of us to get ready at the same time. Great gathering area in the basement.

Great Place to stay for families and big families

We are a family with young kids so we loved the waterfront and the rooms distant from each other so they can't wake others up. Very well furnished, and unbelievable downstairs, with closed in balconies. Great place and would love to come back again.

Autumn at Lake Anna

The townhome was exactly as described and seen on VRBO. A great location overlooking Lake Anna for fishing and enjoying the small sandy beach. The townhome was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed it so much that it may become a yearly vacation.

Lake Anna Retreat

This home is very well cared for and the home owners have added great decor and personal touches. It is within walking distance to restaurants with good food and good music. All the beds, bedding and furniture were comfortable and well keep. 100 percent would stay here again.

Family Christmas

We absolutely loved this home, it was clean, neat and well maintained. I must say the basement was our favorite spot in the house with enough space for our family, fireplace and comfort. We would definitely use this home again.
