"The spa was amazing! I enjoyed the massage, and my 11 y old child enjoyed the pool. I couldn’t get a reservation for massage on 2 days out of 3 days I stayed so I recommend to book as soon as you know your schedule. The locker room was clean, the pool was not crowded, the view was excellent, and the workers were very kind and friendly. "

"Really well located hotel for transport connections in the lively juxtaposition of Shimbashi and Ginza. Despitereally well located, the rooms, being consistent with the rest of Tokyo, are compact, but are also very quiet. I frequently visit Tokyo for business, and I'm going to make this my default hotel from now on."

"The hotel is amazing, don’t have anything negative to say. I’ve been traveling a lot and this is one of the nicest ones with comfortable bed, great staff, it’s clean, it was the best one we were at when we stayed in Tokyo, we stayed at 3 different hotels in Tokyo during our stay and if I’d know how great this was even if it’s not as central in Tokyo, it would be well worth taking the train to reach all the places we went to anyway. I recommend this hotel very much and the view from the balcony...

"The rooms are a bit cramped for 5 people, but so is every other hotels are in Tokyo area. Unless you don't mind paying a very high end hotel. I still give them 5 stars because at least we were all accommodated in 1 room. Room smells good, we appreciate the good AC at the entrance and in the rooms, a must during summer. We also like that all toiletries are included even facial care. There's 711 and My Basket, our daily cheap breakfast go-to. Laundry Lounge is within 2 minute walk. Daimon and...

"Excellent breakfast, well located for metro lines, blackout blinds and great sitcom helped our jet lag, lovely pool to relax in after exploring Tokyo"

"I could walk for miles to get a great workout from this property. It has pools, several restaurants, a great 7/11, a coffee shop, beautiful gardens, and taxis that are always available for departure. The location is next to many train stations and it is a 30 minute taxi drive to major shopping districts. Also, the shower kit is quality and amenities too. They provided free water for us everyday."

"Park Hotel Tokyo is a wonderful place to stay in bustling Tokyo. The whole place is a contemporary art gallery, and everything looks out onto the Tokyo cityscape. The staff were all competent, multilingual and helpful. My wife and I had a medical issue during our stay (unrelated to Japan or the hotel), and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional, and were happy to assist with our many (probably bizarre) requests. The concierge was particularly helpful. We would absolutely stay here...
