"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea all day. Just a few steps from a metro station. There’s a couple of convenience stores as well as 2 bakeries on the way to the K line metro.
Comfortable bed. AC worked well.
Laundry on second floor came in handy. Detergent is added by the machine."

"We loved our stay in this hotel! The room had a lot of space, was well maintained and looked brand new. The convenience store right under the hotel was awesome to have, we visited it at least once a day. The location is good too, an easy walk to Osaka Station and the main shopping hubs. The hotel laundry was very affordable and easy to use as well if you time it properly. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Osaka!"

"This place ruined our trip First family trip to Japan . The pictures on Expedia site are not the real rooms you get . The beds were like cement and 1 third the size of the rooms we booked . My back is killing me after staying 6 days . The breakfast we bought for 4 people and six days . We used 2 days and then went to the Marriott for a real breakfast. The veranda to sit outside had dirty cushions . I would never stay here again and will have words with Expedia and my credit card company when...

"Das Zimmer hatte einen super tollen Ausblick. Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer. Onsen auch super, die Auslastung, die man im Zimmer checken kann, stimmt allerdings nicht. Der Pool der Männer hat auf jeden Fall den schöneren Ausblick (der Eckpool).
Personal war zwar nett, aber nicht so freundlich und hilfsbereit, wie wir es bisher aus unserem Japan Urlaub kannten.
