"The clothes dryer is a fire hazard and needs to be removed. Hand towels/ face washers and the only tea towel supplied were frayed and stained. The outdoor area and BBQ were filthy, covered in cobwebs and unusable. All kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery and glasses were dirty and had to be washed before using. "The property was very dark - very little natural light. We needed all lights on in the living and kitchen area all day. There were no instructions for any of the appliances.
