Short 6 minute - 500 metre walk to Inverloch's inlet & dog friendly beach's, Invy Family Haven is your perfect holiday destination.

Relax or Work - The house is setup to relax in. However for those that need to work there's an office area complete with Office Chair & Electric Sit-Stand desk

NOTE: Backyard is fully enclosed for Kids & Dogs.

This 3 bedroom house is beautifully decorated & can sleep up to nine guests.

There are 2 open living areas tastefully furnished with big comfortable couches to relax on, both areas feature flat screen TV's connected to Netflix, Prime & Kayo with the larger TV being 65" to watch your favourite sports or movies.

The 2 living areas allow the kids to sit in one area while the adults spend time in the other. For the kids & adults alike there's board games & books to entertain.

The larger living area has a wood fire heater which is perfect on those cold winter days & ceiling fan. The second area has an open plan combined living, dining and kitchen area with R/C air conditioner/heater.

For those who want to relax in comfort, Bedroom 1 has a king bed, large flat screen tv with Netflix & Kayo with attached ensuite.

There is an undercover outdoor entertainment area complete with a BBQ, table & seating for 8.

Located ONLY 500 metres (6 min walk) from the Inlet beach, there's a direct path & cut through at the back of the caravan park. The house is the perfect base for you, family & friends, where the dog is welcome too!

Close by are many attractions for the family to visit - Phillip Island Penguins, search for old Dinosaur fossils, explore many different beaches & inlets that you can swim or surf at, wineries & cideries, Phillip Island is only a short 1/2 drive away, Wilsons Prometory as well as the many close by towns for the foodies.

At an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne, Inverloch is the perfect location for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of city living.

With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach it caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time.

Combined with all of these natural treasures is the charming ambience of a wonderful coastal village full of cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers.

Really comfortable, spacious house with plenty of space on the couches, a wood fire and large TV. All you need in the kitchen too. Matt the owner kindly help us out with a last minute rental of linen as we’d forgot to bring our own.

Our family loved staying at Invy Haven for a few days. There was enough room for us, our four children and three dogs. It was very comfortable and spacious with two large living areas. It was lovely being just a short walk to the Inlet beach and not having to get in the car. We will be back!!!

This was a great stay for our pets and teenagers. Close to everything and having 2 living areas was great. Master bed was comfortable and although kitchen very dated had everything we needed. Oven and Fridge looked new and were clean. Some repairs and Maintenace required but did not affect our stay at all.

We loved staying here. On our arrival, the fireplace was on and it was nice and cozy. This house was perfect for our dog and 3 kids. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything you need, living room was spacious and perfect. Lots of room for our dog to run around. The kitchen drawers though, need a good wipe inside and certainly need to be decluttered.

We enjoyed our stay. I think the backyard could be improved given it is a family stay and dog friendly. The house is large and would be great for a family, a bit big for us two and a dog. Kitchen well equipped and appreciated the chocolates and lollies. A large blind in the living area was in need of repair and caused a bit of hassle getting the dog in and out.

A wonderful house for a family getaway (with dogs). The weather was miserable, but we had a fabulous time. Easy walk to beaches and town. Plenty of choices for meals out, but the whole family (grown up sons and partners) opted to cook at 'home', light the fire, play board games, watch movies, laugh and just enjoy the space. A highly recommended 'Haven' for winter and no doubt summer too.

My husband and I had a lovely, relaxing break along with our dog at this home away from home. Tastefully renovated and furnished with all the modern conveniences that are required eg. fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, both reverse cycle and wood fireplace heating, great wifi, large tvs in both lounge areas accessible to Netflix etc., covered outdoor area with bbq and well maintained secure back yard. I also loved being within 500 metres from the beach where I could walk my Goldy and enjoy that salty, sea air. Thank you to Matt (owner) who was always accessible via chat and quick to respond to our questions, loved your property and will definitely be back.

The Host was incredible , the house was above standard with great facilities available, coffee pod sytem and pods supplied! We even had a beautiful gesture from the Host with leafing lollies and some chocolates for our grandson ! He was so excited with that added touch and we kept that a suprise after Matt (Host) told us he had left them there. Very quiet area with a quiet street your able to hear the waves of a night which is relaxing and calming for the soul! The house had quality fixtures and fitting with dishwasher, washing machine,dryer new quality beds,new lounge suites with modern decor. We loved to two living areas and enjoyed the fire on sefond night with wood supplied! There was a split sytem that warmed/cooled the whole house yet who could refuse a nice fire as an added comfort of an evening. The kitchen had all you would require if not more than what you would think with a great oven,air fryer, microwave,toaster,kettle and pod sytem with coffee,chai,hot chocolate pods provided with all different coffees pods and notes on each flavour profile we felt as if we had a cafe at the house! Matt was amazing and committed to lroviding an outstanding service not normally seen with other hosts , not only that Matt had all the directions for use of appliances in the house along with a folder of local attractions and restaurants. We will be back again and electronic door system made it easy to not loose keys! Thanks Matt your a host that takes pride in your place!

We had a great time in Inverloch. Really liked the 2 living spaces. And the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need plus more. The keyless entry was really helpful too. The location was good too - walking distance to the inlet beach, and a short drive to the surf beach. Matt was a great host - checking to make sure we had everything and communicating well.
