The view at the location was nice, and the place was big enough for my friends and I, but....it is in need of some major maintenance. One of the mattresses felt springs, one of the bedroom doors was splitting, most of the windows in the front room were stripped so you couldn't open them and some of the lights/fans we couldn't figure out.When we arrived, the trash bins were full, there was dangling cable wires blowing around outside and one of the front room windows was broke....and open..and unable to be closed! It was a crank window that was stripped, no screen and couldn't be closed. Plus, no matter what we changed the thermostat to, the air coming out always felt.cold. Also, the dock was worn and jad missing planks. The worst part about all this was I messaged him immediately and he never answered....we stayed 3 nights Thurs night checkin, sunday morning checkout) and I messaged him each day, sent pics, etc and he never answered until 30 min before checkout, apologizing and thanking me for being so understanding, but I hadn't said I was. Me and my friends get together once a year like this and being completely ignored during this stay was not appreciated. Cleaned up a bit, some maintenance and actual communication, this would be a nicer stay.
