"This was a perfect location. We had a beautiful room with a view of a canal, walking distance to all the main attractions, but off the beaten path just slightly great restaurants and shopping nearby and the hotel itself the staff was outstanding. Very friendly, breakfast was wonderful in the morning, staff gave us directions to different things really can’t say enough about this hotel. It was just recently renovated so the accommodations are finished so beautifully."

The property is a converted third generation home and exquisite. Breakfast was not what we expected. It was lacking nothing including fresh everything and cappuccino made for us. "

"This apartment is gorgeous!!! Close to St Mark’s Square. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom option and it was clean and spacious. Luckily there was a cafe close by so my daughter could wait with our luggage while I checked in as check in is at a different location about a 10 minute walk. I would highly recommend this if you have large suitcases as it’s cumbersome to go over all the bridges with large suitcases. Would stay here again!!"

"This was an impeccable place and we loved every moment. We many times just came back to dinner in the bar. There was attention to every detail and they had the key out practically before we walked in the door. Concierge was amazing. All the staff were wonderful. I even had our clothes washed and they were ironed to perfection the next day! Chocolates on our pillows a glass dome with little treats in our room! We will always come back to Londra Palace and the Relais and Chateau’s hotel...

"The property is in an excellent location, just behind the piazza and easily accessible from the boat bus. It’s nestled in one of those charming Italian narrow alleyways, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and plenty of places to explore. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised to find an extra room in addition to what we had booked - perhaps it was intended for a family. Either way, it was a lovely surprise! "I love this hotel! The room I got was smaller and of course I booked a regular room and not a suite, but it was clean, had a window where I can view and wave at people crossing the small bridge, and a small canal with gondola’s passing thru, and a restaurant across. The noise was minimal during the day, and quiet at night. It was a great location where everything was walkable, walking thru shops, cafes, restaurants, and a few minutes to the grand canal, St Mark’s square, Rialto bridge,...

"Central location. Close to popular areas. Plenty of dining options and shops next to the property. The property was clean and has that Venice look and feel. Just like Venice, be prepared to climb stairs when you get the suite. Recommend travelling light otherwise, it’s hard carrying those suitcases up to the 2nd fall. Great little private balcony to enjoy the warm weather. Communication with property is great as well. Quick responses. "
