"Hebergement mediocre, pas de cintre, tringle cassé, fourmi dans l hebergement ++, divan de table casser, prise du micro onde cassé ne tien pas, prise au plafond dans une des chambres pas evident pour charger quelque chose du coup car pend dans le vide, wc dans une des chambre fuit, douche froide apres 3 sec sous la douche, frigo sale, lit superposer cassé, service de change de draps en supplement, un rouleau de papier toilette puis en supplement.., tapis de sol abimé, maustiquaire cassé, ..

"This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

Besonders positiv ist uns die ausgesprochen aufmerksame, hilfsbereite, freundliche und bemühte Art der Mitarbeiter aufgefallen. Wir hatten das Zimmer Nr. 1 - sehr charmant eingerichtet, geräumig und sauber. Lediglich die Matratzen waren für unseren Rücken zu weich.
