"The house is in desperate need of repair and renovation. Black mould in the bathrooms that had been siliconed over. Half the lights were not working. The toilet in the ensuite was running all the time. I will say that the bed was comfortable but we needed to buy a quilt because the one provided was way too hot and there were no blankets provided to be able to adjust that. "Its great for the people who need privacy. I found everything to be exceptionally clean and well-mantained. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation, and the living area was cosy and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Melbourne.
The location was ideal, with easy access to cafes & restaurants.
Highly recommended"

"The house and room are new and modern. The host was communicative and the other guest / resident was amiable. Unfortunately, the area itself has a bad reputation, and I found that someone had pried open the door to my gas pump. Aside from that, a splendid stay. The room and bathroom are a special experience."
