"Gym - water fountain was out of order, gym equipment needed some maintenance/upgrading and had an odur to the gym. Buttons on the stove/fridge handles and light switches needed wiping down. "

"The continental breakfast was free, there was a nice variety of pastries and fruit. I'm gluten free so i couldn't eat the delicious smelling pastries but there was an option of ordering a simple eggs and bacon breakfast for $8. Room was clean if a little worn. "

"The staff at the front desk lied to us about taking a debit deposit, when there’s a sign saying credit or debit policy and would only let us check in if we went to take out $250 cash. Other than that the room was pretty clean other than an odor the room had when we first got in but it didn’t linger. "

"Parking is never an issue at this hotel. Rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. Our most recent stay was disappointing as we had no hot water to shower and when we notified the front desk they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience! The gentleman just advised that he would make note of it. Hot water for showering is a necessity for guests. We were extremely disappointed with the way that this was handled. "

"One of the beds box spring was making terrible loud noise anytime you move and the mattress was sinking down making it very uncomfortable to sleep. I did notify the front desk attendant and she said she was sorry about it and that was all. This is the first time that has happened to me and was very disappointing. The bed should be one of the most comfortable places when you stay in a hotel."

"No hot water and ZERO offer of compensation. I stay at hotels for a comfy bed and a hot shower, they should have offered a partial refund or future voucher."

"Everything was excellent with our stay our only complaint was the noise level in our particular suite. Right beside the staff room and stairway door, combined with a very large wide open accessible room made every walkie talkie conversation outside our door echo throughout. Otherwise breakfasts were excellent and well stocked, facility was clean and stafff was welcoming. "
