"I had a lovely stay in Stern am Rathaus. Highlights were an excellent breakfast and extra details made by the cleaning staff (such as hanging up my coat and hat for me). One point to note is that the cathedral bells are quite loud, though it wasn't a disturbance."

"Only stayed one night here. Parking is in the public parking area underground, so I was not 100% comfortable leaving anything in the car. The Hotel is walkable to the Dome and the shopping district, but just barely. Room was adequate for one night. "

"Booked a room for 3 nights. Once arrived in reception, I was told there were no rooms available as the hotel was overbooked. The hotel didn't communicate anything to me, nobody bothered to arrange an alternative accomodation in advance, I was just left waiting in the reception area. The worst detail is the receptionist had full awareness of the problem much earlier in the day, apparently she was just hoping in a no show. After 1 hour I just booked a room elsewhere, very bad service and planning...

"The hotel is OK. There is no door between the bedroom and shower in room 2C and the water pressure was very low. There was a big stain on the ceiling, so it looks like there was a leak recently. it gets very noisy at night (there was no a/c so we had to keep the window open. The staff were helpful and the bed was reasonably comfortable."

"Excellent gym with 4+ machines (bicycles, ellipticals), dumbbells up to 20kg, a cable machine, and an assisted power rack. I stayed in a room with a loft / spiral stair case. Lots of space, but slightly inconvenient as bed is upstairs and bathroom / wardrobe is downstairs. The room was very dark with a single window due to building design, so could use more lighting in the living room like a floor lamp(s). Rooftop bar is a nice addition with amazing views. Definitely mention you are a hotel...
