"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "We chose this hotel as we were attending a concert at The Aviva Studios, which is a 10 minute walk away. Ample parking on site with a friendly and quick check in. Room was extremely comfortable and clean with a good sized bathroom with a great shower. We slept well, comfortable beds and we chose to have breakfast the following morning. Lovely selection of hot and cold foods and drinks. Seamless stay. Would recommend and it woild be our first choice of hotel if we attend the Aviva Studios again."

"Room was clean but housekeeping lacking, lots of dust in room, experienced skin allergies , requested bedding to be changed after first night, only one bed bedding got changed, had to request again on 2nd day, no house keeping on 2nd day, had to request emptying of bins/towel request, final night bedding and room cleaned. Breakfast is basic and unexciting, scrambled which egg does not taste like eggs, , limited veg options, staff are very friendly & helpful "
