"The Iris was exactly what I needed, except maybe the car carousel. Technically, my vehicle fits on the SUV carousel, but not really. That was frustrating, especially since I slightly damaged my door. User error. The location of The Iris is perfect. Just off the highway and a few blocks from the famous King Street. "We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. When I got there I found out that parking was in fact not free, but $1 per 20 minutes with a maximum of $24. I was willing to pay this, but was disappointed because I...

"From the front desks, concierge, valet, restaurants employess...everyone was amazing. We booked a 1br and were instantly upgraded to a 2bd, which was perfect for a spa weekend w/my bestie. Plush robes and cozy beds were amazing. The restaurant had great food and service. The hotel was so nice, we rarely left...i would definitely stay here again and again. I wish i could remember everyones name, because its was definitely 5star service across the board"

"Fantastic 1920s grand hotel, kept up in the grand condition. Fantastic, friendy staff, great onsite restaurant, bar , with great food. Breakfast ,lunch and dinner. The Aquarium and Maratime museum are fanstaic, boat site seeing cruise and tons of restaurants Close by. "
