"We had a wonderful three night stay however the one day we were out all day, our room did not get cleaned. We did have the Do Not Disturb sign on until about 9am but then were out all day and hoped to have fresh towels and toilet paper when we returned. My husband was able to go to the front desk though and bring back towels and toilet paper. Loved the chocolate chip cookies we were given on arrival"

"The staff were wonderful from the moment we stepped through the front door until we left, when our stay was through. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were impressed with the suite we stayed in.
Hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We were even allowed to watch a University of Michigan basketball playoff game, in the back part of the lobby, with some family members who live locally.
Great memories were made there. We will...
